When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube), we collect:
Facebook & Instagram:
- Public profile information (name, profile picture, user ID)
- Pages and accounts you manage
- Permission to publish content on your behalf
- Analytics data for your posts (reach, engagement, impressions)
- Email address associated with your Facebook account
Important: We only request permissions necessary for MonetizeDesk's functionality. We never access your private messages, friend lists, or personal posts not related to pages you manage.
When you use our service, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- Technical information (IP address, browser type, device information)
- Usage patterns and feature interactions
- Performance metrics to improve service quality
- General location information (country/region level only)
We prioritize your privacy by NOT collecting:
- The specific URLs you process
- Downloaded video content or metadata
- Personal information unless voluntarily provided
- Cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling

Data Deletion & Account Removal
You have complete control over your data and can request deletion at any time.
Method 1: Self-Service Deletion
- Log in to your MonetizeDesk account
- Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Security
- Click on "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion by entering your password
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Method 2: Disconnect Social Media Accounts
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
- Click "Disconnect" next to any connected social media account
- This immediately revokes MonetizeDesk's access to that platform
- All cached data from that platform is deleted within 24 hours
Method 3: Email Request
Send a deletion request to privacy@monetizedesk.com including:
- Your account email address
- Specific data you want deleted (or "all data")
- We will process your request within 48 hours
When you disconnect Facebook/Instagram or delete your MonetizeDesk account:
- MonetizeDesk's access to your Facebook data is immediately revoked
- All Facebook-related data stored in MonetizeDesk is permanently deleted
- Scheduled posts to Facebook/Instagram are cancelled
- You can also revoke access directly from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
